EXCHANGE POLICY

1. We have an exchange policy if informed within 24 hrs of delivery. You can email us at contact@indianjewelsonline.com with the order no. or whatsapp at +91-9582426866.

2. For Exchange, you may return the product to us at Indian Jewels Online, 22 LIG, Paschim Puri, Pocket 3, New Delhi 110063, within 7 days after receiving the product, with intact packing and bubble wrap, along with the invoice.

Once we receive the product, we will check the product and issue you a coupon code of the same product value within 5 days of receiving your return. You can shop for that amount anytime in the future.

RETURN POLICY

1. We have a return policy if the product you receive is damaged and is informed to us within 24 hours of delivery. You can email us at contact@indianjewelsonline.com with the order no. or can WhatsApp at +91-9582426866.

2. For Return(damaged products) We will pick up the products, and once we receive the products we will dispatch the new ones.

3. For Return (non-damaged products), you may return the products to us at ADDRESS- Indian Jewels Online, 22 LIG, Paschim Puri, Pocket-3, New Delhi 110063, with intact packing and bubble wrap, along with the invoice.

REFUND POLICY

In Case of a refund, we generate a coupon code /gift card against the value of products for future purchases or we can issue a cash refund to the customer.

NOTE: We do not accept any exchange and returns on INTERNATIONAL orders.

• Shipping: We ship the product within 1-2 business days after receiving the order.
• International Orders: Shipping charges will be applicable after checkout as per the weight of the product.
• Economy shipping takes 15-30 business days.
  If the order value is more than or equal to $150 we will give free of cost expedited shipping. It will take 7-12 business days to receive the product.
  We ship international orders via Indian Post, Aramex, UPS, DHL, and FedEx.
• Any custom duty is the buyer’s responsibility.
• Domestic Shipping: Orders from Delhi NCR will take 2-3 business days to get delivered and the rest of
  India will take 5-7 business days.
• We use Delhivery, DTDC, India Post, Aramex, DHL, and FedEx as our
  Courier partner.
• Shipping is free on all prepaid orders.
• Cash on delivery is only available on orders between 700 to 2900 Rupees. Shipping charges are flat 100 Rupees on cash on delivery order.
